I LOVE food – mostly eating it, but also finding new recipes, shopping for it, preparing it, cooking it, and enjoying it at home, with friends, with family, and in restaurants.

My life is pretty busy, I have two young children so I understand the meaning of ‘time poor’. I am passionate about educating and empowering my clients to make choices using up-to-date and relevant nutritional advice which benefits their health and natural balance

I will help you to integrate my recommendations into your life, making them realistic and achievable.

I originally studied Archeology and then went on to take a masters degree in Greek History. After getting caught up in several unappealing jobs I realised I wanted to pursue my real passion for food and so trained in Nutritional therapy and Naturopathy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

I regularly attend Continued Professional Development (CPD) seminars and lectures to ensure my knowledge is kept up to date. I am a full member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) (www.bant.org.uk) and am bound by the strict BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.
